Have a question related to one of my courses or your purchases?

Here’s answers to some of the questions I get asked a bit.

If you purchased your course when I first launched them in late 2023, this would have been on our original platform.

We’ve since moved my courses over to a new platform and copied across all records of everyone who purchased a course onto this new platform.

If you click ‘Forgot Password’ above, and enter the email you purchased your course with – you’ll be able to set a new password and login to access your courses.

To access my courses, you’ll have to buy one of them, and in the process of buying them you’ll be prompted to setup a profile.

When you’ve finalised your purchase and setup your profile, you’ll be able to login here and view the courses you have purchased.

If you’re having an issue accessing a course you’ve already purchased, please email me at chloe@thewhichdoctor.com.au.

When you send your email, please let me know:

  • The issue you’re having
  • A link to the page you’re on, and;
  • A screenshot of what you’re seeing

Once I have this, we’ll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as we can!
